Im bored.. entertain yourself with this weight lost tips the link from HERE.Apparently starving yourself is the wrong way to go, makes you weak and your brain functions slow. Duh, like I dont know that already. So Ive chossen to eat at least one full meal a day and the other meals will be small portions of non fattening,no salt food = fruits and veggies and yoga.. I give it till end of this month to show me the results I want. If not, to hell with the healthy diet Im going on a crash diet. So sick of people talking bout my weight. Like I said I've just gotten chubbier but they make it sound like I got obese. Thank you la for building myself estime it really helped.. NOT! Its not like I havent been trying..Me and my weight issues..the samething over and over again. If your bored about me complaining about it there's always the X button at the top which you can always click anytime..
