Im going back to me eat less than half a plate or rice once a day diet. Idk I dont seem to be gainning weigth but I dont seem to be loosing any either. Im not fat but i still want to lose somemore! Currently my favourite breakfast to have in the morning is either grapes or china fuji apple with asam powder or just drink a bottle of Artea honey green tea or Pokka carrot juice. These four things I take make me go number two easier and faster. I like! The drinks are like 0% fat and protein. Even dou it has sugar, but I need at least something to boost my energy kan?? Better than taking down a plate of kohlomee or cha sao bao in the morning.
I havent been exercising for more than ntah berapa minggu suda. Im too lazy plus its so boring when you dont have any friend to do it with, you lack the motivation. Maybe I'll go do yoga or pillates lor yollates later at home, p cari video baru di youtube dulu. HEHEHE..
Its raining heavily right now.. I like! If only I didnt have to work and sleep.
